Bentley Motors is a British car manufacturer specializing in luxury and racing cars based in Crewe. It was founded in January 1919 by Walter Owen Bentley.

Bentley became famous thanks to its victories in the 24 hours of Le Mans in the 1920s with a car powered by a 3 liter engine equipped with aluminum pistons and also thanks to its famous Continental model.
