THE DLP MACHINE

Fast turnaround 3D Systems Figure 4 Standalone :

Developed for same-day small to medium production runs with ultra-fast print speeds. DLP technology combines quality, accuracy and unmatched repeatability over resin manufacturing technology while maintaining industrial quality.

Economical:

DLP or Digital Light Processing allows the simultaneous production of small parts and thus guarantees an economy of scale from two parts.

Production materials:

Materials are developed specifically for end-use part production and rapid prototyping applications. These range from ABS plastics for rigidity and ornamental parts, through translucent resins, to elastomers for interface seals for example.

Applications :

- Replacement of traditional urethane moulding and casting processes

- Rapid functional prototyping and design models

- Exceptional surface quality, worthy of plastic injection for automotive parts

- Insulating rings, interface seals, pipes, vibration damping components

MARKFORGED X7 COMPOSITE FDM MACHINE

High mechanical strength:

A production machine developed for NASA, this technology allows parts to be made with a strength comparable to that of aluminium. Its level of precision gives it a repeatability worthy of subtractive manufacturing machine tools.

Composite materials :

FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) of two materials provides exceptional strength for 3D printing. The combination of Nylon filled with 30% carbon powder and the simultaneous insertion of long carbon fibre, Kevlar or glass is the secret of this strength comparable to light alloys.

Applications :

- General mechanics: machining, screw machining

- Automotive parts requiring high thermal and mechanical resistance

- Manufacture of special machines

- Injection and thermoforming

- Boilermaking and metalwork

FDM RAISE 3D N2+PRO MACHINE

Large format printing

Its 300x300x600 printing volume allows us to 3D print large parts that do not necessarily require significant mechanical strength (radiator grill/wing rod, etc.)

Simple and economical materials:

Unlike other industrial machines using highly qualified materials, this FDM technology allows us to print all types of common materials on the market such as ABS, PU, or PETG. This makes it possible to offer extremely competitive prices for high volume parts.

Applications :

- Customised decoration for events

- Corporate goodies

- Automotive parts without mechanical resistance

CUTTING MACHINE

This self-adhesive vinyl cutting machine can be used to produce all the stickers that you can find on certain logos and body badges, but also those on windows and in the passenger compartment.
