Protective visors

The context :

In this moment of questioning about the protection of all and faced with the general shortage of solutions, we have seized the opportunity to support you.

It is necessary to specify the origin of our action: Since March 20, we have manufactured and distributed nearly 5,000 protective barriers for people on the front line. This movement, intended solely for nursing staff, has met with genuine support from all players.

To extend this approach, we have developed our own model of facial protection intended for all those who wish to provide a complementary response to these teams.

What you need to know and accept:

- This solution is a supplement in addition to approved surgical-type protective masks, FFP 1 to 3.

- This solution for medical use must be cold disinfected (see page 5).

- This solution is manufactured by FDM type 3D printing (molten wire deposition) in PLA (Polylactic Acid). This material does not withstand more than 60 degrees.

- This solution is not approved and must be used with full knowledge of the limits of its mechanical and sanitary capacities.

- This solution does not offer any proven protection during industrial type use (workshops, green spaces, etc.)

This product includes:

- A PLA visor.

- 1 Rodhoid A4 screen.

- An elastic ribbon buttonhole.

- A small comfort foam for the forehead

- To facilitate transport, the rhodoïd visors are not assembled beyond 50 units ordered.
